Vince is a development professional with 20 years of experience working with INGOs, MDBs/IFIs, consulting firms, and the academe in cross-cutting themes and issues. He looks after the long-standing partnership between the ADB and WWF by serving as the focal point for the continuous development, facilitation and coordination of the WWF network's strategic collaboration with the ADB.
As a “people-connector”, Vince’s role is focused on convening strategic and technical dialogues; advising WWF and ADB on issues of common interest; and help to develop opportunities for engagement in alignment with WWF and ADB priorities for investment within the global and Asia Pacific context.
Prior to joining WWF, Vince was a consultant for ADB since 2011 performing various assignments on fund facility operations, knowledge management, and project administration in urban development, agriculture, environment and natural resources and also with the NGOC
