Sarah Colacci

Sarah is a Senior Procurement Specialist in the Procurement, Portfolio, and Financial Management Department at ADB. She currently provides strategic procurement guidance and advice to the Agriculture, Food, Nature and Rural Development Sector Group for the Central West and East Asia regions.  

Before joining ADB in Jan 2022, she worked in the procurement and legal divisions of the UN Secretariat Office in Geneva and the UN Food and Agriculture Organization in Rome. As a licensed lawyer, she also worked in a civil law practice in Montreal.

Sarah holds a Master’s in International Corporate and Commercial Law, a Bachelor’s in Law and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Relations. She is a member of the legal Bar of Quebec since 2009.
