Profile / Bio

Honk Kiap majored in public administration and has had over 25 experiences working in public policy with the National Capital District Commission in Port Moresby. Mr. Kiap had many roles at NCDC spanning transport, the homeownership scheme, and urban safety. Mr. Kiap joined Water PNG in 2022 as General Manager of Government and Community Relations in 2022 where he led a team of five people.
