ADB’s Independent Evaluation Department (IED) will soon rate the Bank’s technical assistance (TA) project results. In assessing TAs, IED proposes the inclusion of operational learning and development effectiveness, knowledge building, partner satisfaction, replication/scaling up, and post-TA resource commitment.
