Reynar Rollan

Reynar R. Rollan is a Hydrogeologist with parallel expertise and experience in engineering geology, solid waste management and environmental assessments. Mr. Rollan utilizes his skills in remote sensing, geomorphology and geographic information system (GIS) to facilitate processing and analysis of spatial and thematic data for groundwater studies. The combination of his skills, experience and academic qualifications in these fields allows him to formulate comprehensive evaluation of hydrogeological conditions from different yet interrelated disciplines within the entire range of project implementation from feasibility, design, construction and monitoring stages. He has been involved in local and international projects funded by ADB, WB, KfW, USAID and JICA in the Philippines, Southeast and Central Asea and in the Pacific. He has recently completed groundwater projects in Vanuatu, Samoa and Papua New Guinea for the Asian Development Bank.
