Sebastian is a Civil Engineer and planning manager with over twenty years’ experience in the water sector. The Infrastructure Planning Manager for Water PNG, Sebastian is primarily responsible for the strategic planning of infrastructure projects – from identifying business development growth areas aligned with organisational plans and project preparations, such as feasibility studies, scheduling, and funding proposals, through to preparing Local Asset Management Plans for long-term asset management.
