Andrew is responsible for Government Relations and ESG for Samsung Electronics in the Southeast Asia and Oceania region. His role is building relationships with Government and Government-related bodies in support of Samsung’s business, ESG commitments and the countries’ digital and green transformation, working with his team in each country where Samsung has a presence. Andrew has 20 years in the Singapore public sector, including a stint in the USA, having served with Singapore Economic Development Board, International Enterprise Singapore, and Infocomm Media Development Authority. He also worked at Ascendas, leading new markets business development. He enjoys building rapport with senior officials and C-levels on strategy for growth, investment, and policy
