Lerwen is a passionate educator and entrepreneur in driving sustainability transformation. She adopts a convergence approach to promote trans-disciplinary collaborative efforts (the STEAM approach) in developing scalable solutions using life cycle thinking mindset, STEM knowledge and entrepreneurship. She has been a resource person for ADB in circular economy, innovation and entrepreneurship.
