UZB: Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan about the order of realization of privately owned objects of trade and service sectors together with the land, where they are located, and land in lifetime inheritable possession

In order to expand the practice of the implementation of the private property of objects of trade and service, together with the land on which they are placed, as well as land in lifetime inheritable possession of citizens for individual housing construction and ancillary services in accordance with the Presidential Decree of 24 November 1994 "On improving the efficiency of land use", the Cabinet of Ministers decides: 
1. To approve the results of a complex economic assessment (at basic prices in 1991) Urban land, urban settlements and rural settlements of the Republic of Uzbekistan held Goskomarhitektstroem the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with Annexes №№ 1 and 2 *. 
* Applications are not №№ 1-2. 
2. To approve: 
Regulations on the implementation of the private property of objects of trade and service, together with the land on which they are located, and land in lifetime inheritable possession in accordance with Annex № 3; 
list of lands not subject to transfer to private ownership and sale at the auctions in lifetime inheritable possession, according to the annex number 4. 
3. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regions and Tashkent city to activate the work on the implementation of the private property of objects of trade and service, together with the land on which they are placed, as well as the allocation of land in lifetime inheritable possession of citizens for individual housing construction and maintenance dehkan farm.

4. To recognize as invalid: 
Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on July 4, 1994 № 341 "On the order of implementation of the private property of objects of trade and service, together with the land on which they are located"; 
the second paragraph of paragraph 3 of resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers on November 29, 1994 № 575 "On measures to improve the efficiency of land use"; 
paragraph 4 of the Regulations on the procedure for determining the size and compensation of losses of agricultural and forestry production in connection with the seizure of land for purposes not related to agriculture and forestry in the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of June 15, 1992 № 282. 
5. Control over the implementation of the present decision to assign to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan VA Zheng.
