This Act establishes the legal bases and procedure for the functioning of a unified system of state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions with them throughout the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of the registration system is the recognition of the state registered in accordance with this Law, rights in rem in immovable property and related transactions and property relations, as well as promote the development of the real estate market. This Act gives effect to the registration system provided for by the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
