This Law determines economic, legal foundations and principles of highways of the republic management of organizations and enterprises, providing development, repair and maintenance of roads, types and legal status of roads, areas and facilities, adjacent to roads, rights, obligations, and responsibilities of owners, departments in charge of roads and road users; regulates relations between road authorities authorized state body in the sphere of transport and communications with public authorities and local governments
