The employment contract - an agreement between the employee and the employer, for which the employer is obliged to provide an employee 
work on a given employment function, provide the working conditions provided by this Code, laws, other normative legal acts, collective agreements, contracts, local normative acts containing norms 
labor law, on time and in full pay the employee wages and the employee undertakes to personally perform work in a certain profession (specialty), qualification or position with the subordination of internal labor routine.
