Livia works at WateAid Timor-Leste as Program Effectiveness and Advocacy Manager. She has several years of experience working at WaterAid, starting in 2014 as a Sanitation Officer.
In 2016 she moved up one level to Specialist for WASH and GEDSI and in 2018 she held a position as program manager. She has been working with several INGOs before WaterAid.
In WaterAid she was mostly working closely with Lokál Partners and Government on community engagement and stakeholder Influencing on WASH. She has several experience on assisting and doing research on Gender in WASH and doing several activities on influencing on WASH and GEDSI. She is doing her studies at the University in the area of 'International Relationship'.
