Profile / Bio:
Yuli graduated from Purdue University with a masters degree in 2009. He worked in Chinese Academy of Environmental Planning since 2009, and specialized in technology and policy of water pollution control. He led multiple research projects for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, ADB, and local government in PRC. He participated in preparing for the major environmental policy documents for the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, such as water ecological and environmental protection plan for major watersheds in PRC (2021-2025), watershed zoning strategies for environmental and ecological system, and comprehensive work plan for energy conservation and emission reduction during the 14th Five-Year Period.
