Dr Baker is currently the Fund Manager for the Australian Government funded Water for Women Fund, a flagship program delivering water, sanitation and hygiene programs across the Asia Pacific region. She has worked in the international development sector with GHD Pty as both a manager and practitioner for over 25 years. Alison has successfully delivered projects for donors including Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Asian Development Bank, and the World Bank, focussed in the infrastructure, water, sanitation, climate change and environment sectors. Alison combines her technical and management skills with a commitment to improving the lives of people in the countries where she works.
