TAJ: Law on Environmental Impact assessment

The present procedure for assessing the impact on the environment determines the generalapproaches to the organization and evaluation of the possible impact on the environment (hereinafter -EIA), taking into account the legislative and regulatory framework of the Republic of Tajikistan, as wellas international experience, including the Convention on the assessment of the impact on the environmenttransboundary context.
