He is a thought leader, and a high profile and well recognised AM specialist, with track record in utility business transformation, benchmarking, digital transformation, systems integrations and strategic AM. He has held Global Service Line Leadership roles in AM with international consultancies, as well as significant utility AM experience. His vision is to raise the profile of AM across the industry, by helping asset owners, operators, governments, regulators and financiers work together to achieve tangible outcomes, increase operational & organizational resilience, and continually strive towards provision of improved service and customer experience, through better AM.
