Dieldre is a freelance consultant who has been doing various research works in the water and sanitation sector for 15 years. She is currently involved with ADB as a WASH Survey Specialist for the preparation of the Survey Toolkit for the Urban Development and Water Projects.
She served as Team Leader and Consultant for several World Bank, Water and Sanitation Program funded projects under the Resources, Environment and Economics Center for Studies, Inc.; Coffey International, Center for Advance Philippine Studies, and Academika (Indonesia). She is also engaged as a Resource Economist with the USAID Safe Water Project. Her published works focus on the application of the Contingent Valuation Method for biodiversity and sanitation. She is from the University of the Philippines with an MSc degree in Economics.
