Tandin Gyem is currently the Executive Engineer at the Department of National Properties of the Minister of Finance in Bhutan. She's been working under Procurement Management and Development Division (PMDD), Department of National Properties (DNP) since 2017 and is responsiblee for monitoring the implementation of procurement rules and regulations and carrying out studies/research to improve the procurement system (especially procurement of works).
Currently, she is also one of the project managers for the development of electronic government procurement (e-GP) system. In addition, she provides system user trainings as and when required and provide daily help desk support to the system users.
