Director IV Edmon B. Monteverde graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Manuel L. Quezon University. Prior to being appointed as the OIC-Director IV and National Program Manager of the Sustainable Livelihood Programon CY 2022, he worked with Kapit-Bisig Laban sa Kahirapan Comprehensive and Integrated Delivery of Social Services (KALAHI-CIDSS).
His mastery to impart proper technical assistance on the operations of livelihood program and policy advocacy led him to be designated as Deputy Program Manager, and OIC Division Chiefs of Operations and Technical Support Divisionsof the Sustainable Livelihood Program –National Program Management Office (SLP-NPMO). Director Monteverde’s commitment and passion in the delivery of social protection programs to its beneficiaries for more than 10 years drive him in leading theoverall program implementation of the Sustainable Livelihood Program.
