Mahbub Rabbani has extensive experience as an economist, and policy and program professional including about 3 years with ADB as a Senior Economics Officer, having expertise in economic analysis, country strategy and programming, knowledge management, and project economic and financial analysis. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a master’s and Ph.D. in Economics. Prior to joining ADB, he worked as a Senior Advisor in the Bangladesh office of Korea EximBank, as a Senior Economist for Ontario Financing Authority in Toronto, Canada, and as an Economist for Milliman Inc, a global economic and insurance consulting firm based in New York, the United States of America. He also worked for American International Group in New Jersey, the United States of America.
