Callista Ng is Director of People Advisory Services at Ernst & Young. She has over 17 years of experience in both consulting and as an HR leader. In her role, she focuses on various aspects of workforce strategies, particularly in areas of manpower planning, organization design, talent management, and assessing the impact of sustainability on jobs and skills across multiple industries for organizations and for industries.
Prior to EY, Callista was the Head of HR for a multinational medical device organization and also held various roles across a global HR consulting organization. Her current pursuits and interest are in the area of just transition as countries and organizations look to transform in response to the green economy. She has an Executive Education in HR Management & Data Analytics from The Wharton School and holds a double degree in Management & Marketing from Curtin University, Australia.
