Case studies featured in this session range from development of innovative government programs to achieve 100% household electrification, provision of credit for households to connect to the grid in the last mile and beyond, catalyzation of local economic growth through energy access, and the training of women end users. The impact of these programs on women and their communities and any emerging impacts on gender relations is examined.
