The presentation includes  reflections on the speaker's personal leadership journey in the public sector including as Chairperson of Women in Logistics and Transport (WiLAT) - Pakistan.  It also presents an argument on the importance of promoting women's participation in transport and logistics (a sector that is traditionally dominated by men); and presents an overview of the role of WiLAT in providing capacity development for women in the transport and logistics industry.
