The presentation includes an overview of the women-focused targeted approach to promoting SME development of SME DNC. This includes a review of identified obstacles to women's entrepreneurship in Armenia; specific opportunities for women's entrepreneurship development in urban areas; gaps addressed by targeted state support; support tools proven efficient in urban areas; statistics on women's participation in SME DNC support programs; gaps to be addressed by municipalities to complement support interventions being provided at the state level.
