She focuses on the research of MSW treatment and resource utilization, and has rich experience in national science and technology support plan projects and industry research and consulting projects in the field of environmental protection.
With more than 20 years of practical experience in MSW treatment research and more than 10 years of experience in the management of loan or grant projects of international financial organizations, Dr. Xue has worked as project team leader, deputy team leader and MSW expert for nearly 20 international financial organization projects in Yunnan Province （PRC）, Shanxi Province（PRC）, and Tashkent（Uzbekistan）.
