On 20 September 2022, OAI conducted a hybrid session with 20 participants from EAs, IAs, PMUs, bid evaluation committees, and consultant teams of the IND Assam Skills University Education Project. The integrity capacity building session, which was jointly organized with SARD, is part of OAI’s Integrity Learning Series under RETA 9703. It was specifically tailored for the participants who have project responsibility and oversight involvement. The session aimed to increase awareness of ADB’s anticorruption framework, the essentials of due diligence, and red flag indicators of integrity risks.
