Katherine is the Executive Director of the Cities Leadership Institute, a global not-for-profit organization dedicated to building the capacity of urban leaders. She is an internationally experienced executive and commercial Board Director specializing in urban management, finance, and economic development. She has developed and implemented growth strategies for cities, businesses, and government as well as served as Chief of Staff and Advisor to Federal and State Government Ministers and Deputy Mayor, Woollahra Municipal Council. Katherine has led economic development as CEO of the Sydney Business Chamber and the regional Lake Macquarie Economic Development Company. She also served as Chair of the largest cemetery in the southern hemisphere, Rookwood General Cemetery, and is a Board Director of the public policy think tank, the Sydney Institute. Formerly an athlete, scientist, and coach Katherine hold a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sports Science), Masters of Business Administration, and a Masters of US Studies.
