City Resilience Index
Cities rely on a complex web of institutions, infrastructure, and information to function when faced with disruptive circumstances. By building resilience, cities learn how to adapt, survive, and thrive amidst the challenges and uncertainties. Developed by Arup with support from The Rockefeller Foundation, the City Resilience Index is a web-based tool that provides a comprehensive, technically robust, and globally applicable basis for measuring city resilience.
