Belinda’s work at ADB focuses on enhancing the resilience of infrastructure, cities and communities in Asia and the Pacific. Belinda’s background is in engineering, environment and GIS. Over the last twelve years she has worked closely with public and private sector, NGOs and international organizations to deliver climate and disaster risk assessments; resilient infrastructure projects and strategies; and mapping and information management support for humanitarian responses across Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Belinda is passionate about delivering integrated and creative solutions that being together people, the environment, and technology to strengthen climate and disaster resilience.
