Sean has over 20 years of experinece as an education leader having previously worked as a teacher, school leader and in senior roles in the Queensland Department of Education. He is a sought after consultant, having worked to drive positive change with Education Leaders in over 40 countries.
His published works include the highly successful book “Innovate: Collective Wisdom from Innovative Schools”, and the globally acclaimed book “Transforming Education: Empowering every student on the planet to achieve more”, which in 2018 has been translated into multiple languages around the world.
He is currently Director for Teaching & Learning Strategy for Microsoft and brings global best practice ideas to schools, education departments, ministries of education and policy makers regarding educational innovation.
He is also co-founder of BounceInc, a global leisure and adventure business with the mission to ‘inspire movement, creative expression and human connection’.
After some years based in Singapore he returned to Adelaide this year where his girls are in primary school .
