The 2016 Financial Executives (FINEX) National Conference highlighted the importance of financial inclusion in economic growth. In the Philippines, many barriers to financial inclusion still exists. These include availability of access points especially in rural areas, reliable and quailty credit information, and the need to tap the middle income consumers more.
