Singapore-based start-up JobKred is making effective use of ICTs to bridge the skills gap in the workforce.

JobKred is using big data and algorithms to decode demand and present them in an user-friendly manner based on what’s relevant to them on a platform and offers a technology platform as an avenue for independent skill-gap analysis, and automate personalised career guidance using analytics and reports.
