Kaelen Onusko

Kaelen is an international tax integrity expert. Prior to her secondment at ADB, shewas a Tax Policy Advisor at the Global Forum on Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes at the OECD in Paris. In this role, Kaelen supported member jurisdiction with the implementation of the international standards on transparency and exchange of information for tax purposes. Before joining the Global Forum, Kaelen worked with the Department of Finance Canada as Senior Advisor. She has a Commerce Degree and Law Degree from the University of Alberta, Canada and a Master of Public Administration from Queen’s University, Canada.
