Ms. Britta Schumacher is the UN World Food Program’s Senior Regional Nutrition Advisor for Asia & Pacific.
She has over 20 years of work experience in evidence -based policy and programming for nutrition & food security, covering development and humanitarian contexts in Asia, East and West Africa, and global. Nutrition integration across sectors has become a central part in her work with WFP over the past decade. Britta has additional expertise in results- based management, monitoring & evaluation. She has previously worked with GIZ, civil society and academia in community nutrition, HIV/AIDS and reproductive health.
