Georges Beukering is responsible for all capital raising for the underlying fund vehicles.
Georges a co-founder of Climate Fund Managers and is the initiator of Climate Investor One (CI1), a blended finance facility delivering renewable energy infrastructure projects in emerging markets. Georges’ background includes leading deal teams on project finance and mezzanine transactions at the Dutch Development Bank, FMO. In this capacity he developed the idea for an end-to-end blended finance renewable energy fund, which later evolved into CI1. His areas of expertise include renewable energy, sustainable forestry, energy efficiency and biodiversity protection.
