Patricia has 8 years of experience in transport, first with the Philippines' Department of Transportation (DOTr) and then with the German development cooperation (GIZ). She works on sustainable transport policy and the role of technology in improving urban mobility, and has experience with airport policy and public-private partnerships. Since 2017, she has been working with Philippine Government on the Philippine Urban Mobility Programme, which has been adopted as an operationalization of the National Transport Policy released by the National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA). Patricia holds an MSc in Sustainability in Transport from the University of Leeds and is a UK FCDO Chevening alumni.
