Fintech, the new marriage of financial services and information technology, has attracted the focused attention of regulators, consumers, and investors in recent years. This workshop leads participants into a deeper understanding of this concept, its growth and evolution, and its implications to the finance sector. It also discusses the important role of RegTech or Regulatory Technology in developing appropriate regulatory responses to FinTech innovations.
