Mr. Humayun Kabir, Procurement Officer, ADB has over 17 years of professional experience in project operation, including 8 years with ADB in the roles of Project Analyst, Project Officer, and Procurement Officer, having expertise in project and technical assistance processing and project administration, and contract management and procurement. Humayun is a PASS-accredited staff in procurement and consultant recruitment and achieved a Diploma in CIPS (Level 4). He holds a bachelor’s degree in urban and regional planning and a master’s in business administration.
Prior to joining ADB, he was a Program Officer at JICA and supported the economic infrastructure division of Bangladesh operations. Earlier he worked in Afghanistan, Indonesia, and Samoa as a Project Manager in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
