Profile / Bio:
Tika is a Principal Energy Specialist in Asian Development Bank (ADB). He has over 34 years of experience in the operations of electricity utilities, energy sector development, regulatory affairs and administration and management of infrastructure projects in Asia and Pacific.
Prior to ADB, Tika was with Nepal Electricity Authority in Nepal and Ergon Energy Corporation (Energex) in Australia.
Tika has a PhD in electricity market operations from the University of Queensland. He has several publications in peer reviewed journals and co-authored a book Energy Efficiency in South Asia: Opportunities for Energy Sector Transformation, published by ADB.
