Joe Fagan

Joe Fagan is an e-procurement consultant for the ADB and WB assisting with their efforts in the assessment, development, implementation, and promotion of electronic procurement systems. Mr. Fagan was one of the contributing authors of the ADB e-GP Handbook and the World Bank Global Public Procurement Stocktaking initiative and MAPS assessments in China, the Philippines, and Indonesia.

Mr. Fagan’s extensive knowledge of the information industry and experience with the development and implementation of information and electronic procurement services provides an invaluable depth of business and technical knowledge for the development and implementation of new electronic services.
