Kelera Kolivuso-Ravono works at the Ministry of Economy under the Budget and Planning Division as a team leader for the Social Services sector. She is involved in the coordination of policies, planning and budgeting of the Education, Health, Housing, Youth and Sports, Women and Social Protection sectors. She has been with the Ministry of Economy for the last 19 years working in various sections with majority of her working career in the budget division. Kelera holds a Master’s Degree in Development Policy majoring in Sustainable Development and Public Finance from the Korean Development Institute in Korea and a Bachelor Degree in Economics and Public Administration from the University of the South Pacific in Fiji. She currently coordinates the Gender Responsive Budget initiative that commenced in Fiji in November 2019 and works very closely with the Ministry of Women and women's rights NGO. This work that started in 2019 has resulted in the introduction of GRB to eight (8) pilot Government Ministries to date. She also had a privilege to briefly work with the PFTAC-IMF team as an understudy and implemented the newly developed PEFA GRPFM Framework in Tonga 2019.
