Dechen Wangmo

Dechen Wangmo is a Senior Procurement Officer working under Ministry of Finance since 2011. In this role,  Ms. Dechen is responsible for managing the e-procurement sytem development project in Bhutan. She is mainly involved in conducting  requirement study and stakeholder meetings for the  system development. She is also responsible for providing capacity building to the eGP system users which include procuring agencies, bidders and financial institution users. In addition to managing e-procurement project, she is also responsible for developing, promulgating and implementing procurement rules and regulations, methodologies, guidelines and documentation of standard bidding documents and contract documents.
