Jelson has over twenty years of strategic management of complex programs, international policy advocacy, and campaign strategy around development finance and resource governance in the Asia Pacific region with attention to environmental and social safeguards, accountability, financial integrity, and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, he was engaged with UN's High-Level Panel on Financial Accountability, Transparency and Integrity (FACTI) and the Asian Development Bank's ongoing stakeholder engagement to review and strengthen its safeguard policy and implementation framework.
He worked as the Asia Pacific Director for Natural Resource Governance Institute and Asia Program Director for Bank Information Center.
