The Coral Reef Rehabilitation and Management Project in Indonesia is a three-phased project with the objective of setting up 20 million hectares of Marine Protected Areas by 2020. Based on lessons from Phase 1, communication was integrated as a component for Phase 2 and considered critical for success due to the project’s complex communication context.
