Factors Shaping the Flows and Policies for Technology Workers

Many factors affect policies on migration and technology workers. These include the uneven development among countries and the demographic and economic shifts that increase or decrease demand for technology workers. These factors can be seen in the case of India, a developing country which produces many technology workers. Since its economy cannot absorb the increasing supply, it has become a major source of technology workers globally.
