To address the issues of accessibility, mobility, and congestion in emerging cities, this presentation aims to (i) rekindle interest on urban transportation in emerging cities; (ii) propose an integrated framework to think about accessibility, mobility, and congestion consistently; (iii) and show that progress can be achieved by combining simple economics with novel sources of data.
