Congestion, Mobility, and Accessibility in Emerging Cities
Gilles Duranton, professor and chair of Wharton School's Real Estate Department, spoke on urban congestion in emerging cities. He proposed an integrated framework to think about accessibility, mobility, and congestion consistently, and showed that progress can be made by combining economics with novel sources of data.
