Olivier is currently based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan where he supports ADB’s procurement policy dialogue and development projects in Central Asia and the Caucasus. He joined ADB in 2010 as Head of corporate Procurement and Contracting. Prior to joining ADB, Olivier was a Sr. Contracts Officer at the European Space Agency in Rome, focusing on Earth observation missions and satellite contracts. He started his career as a Legal Officer with the European Commission in Brussels. Olivier completed his law degree at UCLouvain and holds a Master in European Law from UGent, a Master in Intellectual Property Law from KU Leuven, and an LL.M in International Business Law from University College London. He is a Fellow (FCIArb) of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a Chartered Member (MCIPS) of the Chartered Instituted of Procurement & Supply and a certified PPP professional.
