The Communication Story of Estero de Paco
If a movie or a TV serial was made about Manila’s Estero de Paco before, it would have been titled, “the flowing dead.” This learning event discussed how the estero, a formerly dead tributary of the Pasig River in the Philippines, is not just flowing and alive, but also showcased how communications contributed to water, environmental and solid waste management, and urban renewal.
